The Challenge

Our client is a global, third-party hotel management company operating a large and diverse portfolio across full-service, select-service, luxury, resort, convention, and lifestyle hotels. Following a major international merger, the business manages a portfolio of more than 1,250 properties worldwide and represents one of the largest hotel management platforms globally.

The client sought to appoint a President – EMEA to take full P&L and strategic responsibility for its international division. Reporting directly to board and working closely with the global leadership team, the role was critical to driving growth, profitability, and brand reputation across the region. Operating in a highly autonomous capacity, the successful candidate needed to lead operational excellence at scale while aligning owner objectives with the organisation's long-term growth strategy. The remit covered full responsibility for operations, finance, commercial performance, development, and people strategy across the region.
