Our client is one of the world's largest and fastest-growing hospitality companies, operating more than 5,100 properties with over 838,000 rooms across 100+ countries and territories. With a history spanning nearly a century, the group has played a defining role in shaping the global hospitality industry and operates a portfolio of multiple world-class brands. Within the EMEA region, the business operates several hundred hotels across more than 50 countries, supported by a substantial development pipeline that will add hundreds of new properties and tens of thousands of additional rooms over the coming years.
To support continued growth and drive performance across its real estate platform, the client partnered with us to strengthen its leadership capabilities across the EMEA division. The mandate focused on building best-in-class regional leadership teams in each region putting in place new leaders to support growth.
Our Solution
Working closely with the EMEA leadership team, we delivered a long-term, partnership-led executive search programme spanning multiple years. Our approach included:
- Advising on organisational design and succession planning within Design & Construction
- Identifying senior leaders with experience operating within large, multi-brand hotel environments
