Our mandate was to execute an international executive search for a candidate to take full responsibility for our client’s international division and secure someone capable of leading all aspects of the business and driving continuous growth. Operating in both branded and independent properties, our candidate has led companies within multiple structures, including owned and operated, hotel management agreements and franchises. Most recently our candidate led a luxury hotel and leisure group, leading a team of over 3,500 employees.
Commencing in this new role at the end of 2021, our candidate is working closely with the board to define and develop the strategy for growth.

Working alongside our client’s investment team, this well-known luxury hotel CEO has repositioned the business, launching a new luxury hotel brand reinventing the offering to cater for the shifting demands of its millennial minded guests.
